Hi lovelies & Happy Sunday!
Sundays with Her is a series celebrating women who move with intention - the dreamers, doers, and divine energy makers building soft, beautiful lives in their own unique way. This week, we’re honoured to be joined by Toronto-based content creator, model, and speaker Kelsey, whose presence both online and offline is pure magic.
From the moment you land on her page, it’s clear Kelsey’s world is one where creativity and authenticity intertwine - but what’s even more powerful is the community she’s cultivated. Her space isn’t just seen, it’s felt - a soft yet strong corner of the internet where vulnerability is welcomed, beauty is redefined, and connection is everything.
In our dreamy Sunday-style conversation, we talk about what grounds her, what lights her up, and how she’s navigating this current chapter with grace, glow, and a little bit of glitter.

So without further ado, let's chat with Kelsey!
Let’s start soft… what’s your go-to drink order (coffee, iced latte, tea, matcha, etc)?
An iced coffee with a pump of vanilla!
What’s one beauty ritual you never skip no matter how busy you are?
Washing my face, moisturizing, and always lip balm even if I’m exhausted. It’s my little reset button, and I hate when my lips crack.
Do you have a signature lip combo? (We need the details!)
I’m a lip gloss girly through & through! All I need is a juicy gloss and I’m good to go. The shinier, the better!
What’s one item that’s always in your bag?!
My battery pack because keeping my phone alive is a content creator must!
With our latest gloss launch called “Babes who Brunch,” who would your dream brunch guest be??
Drew Barrymore! I’m a huge fan of her energy, her joy, and how effortlessly she brings light to every room. Brunch with her would be a dream.
What does your perfect Sunday look like?
A slow morning with a cozy vibe sipping coffee, cuddling with my pets, spending time outdoors for some fresh air, and fully unplugged from work or stress.
Tell us about your business! What inspired you to start?
Self love is at the heart of everything I do. I started my business because I wanted to inspire others to love themselves deeply flaws, struggles, and all. But I also knew it was important to show my real life, the messy, imperfect moments that don’t always make it to social media. Life isn’t perfect, and neither are we. By sharing both the highs and the lows, I hope to create a space where people feel seen, accepted, and empowered to practice self love no matter what.
What’s been your proudest moment as a content creator so far?
My proudest moment has been hearing from women and girls both online and in real life who say my content helped them feel good in their skin. Knowing I’ve made a real impact on someone’s confidence and self love journey is everything to me.
And your most humbling lesson?
My most humbling lesson has been learning that you can’t pour from an empty cup. Burnout is real, and I’ve realized that rest and self care aren’t luxuries they’re essentials to keep showing up authentically and sustainably.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a long day?
My favourite way to unwind is sitting on my couch, watching Netflix in my comfiest pajamas with a fuzzy blanket or sometimes a long hot shower to wash the day away. Pure comfort and chill vibes.
What’s a piece of advice you’d give to another woman starting out?
Don’t wait until you feel ready start messy, scared, and unsure if you have to. I totally faked it until I made it, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need to do to build confidence and keep moving forward.
Lastly, finish this sentence: “To me, soft living means…”
Slowing down enough to feel my feelings, nurturing my soul, and letting go of anything that doesn’t serve my peace.
Kelsey's feature is a gentle reminder that we don’t have to move loudly to move meaningfully. Her presence - both online and in the everyday - is proof that softness is a strength, and that building a beautiful life often begins with simply showing up for yourself.
Whether it’s through a quiet Sunday ritual, a vulnerable Instagram caption, or a conversation that lingers long after it's over, Kelsey invites us to lean into who we are becoming - not just what we’re producing.
We’re so honoured to have her as part of Sundays with Her and grateful for the magic she continues to share with the world.
