Sundays with Her ft. Teri @teri.can
Hi lovelies + Happy Sunday!

Lovelies, meet Teri - business & content mentor, podcast host, content creator & heart behind the Sunday Social Content Club workshops (she LITERALLY does it all)!
Her brand One Seed Collective, helps women cultivate clarity, confidence, and intention in their lives. Through her guidance, she empowers women to clear out the clutter in their personal and professional gardens, planting the seeds that truly fuel them.
A few years ago, when I was still finding my footing with LB Pout, I met Teri - and she became the mentor of my dreams. Working with Teri was seriously a game changer - her insight, encouragement, and energy create real impact for everyone lucky enough to work with her.
So without further ado, let's chat with Teri!
Let’s start soft… what’s your go-to drink order (coffee, iced latte, matcha, etc )?
TERI: Coffee at home always. If out and about & craving something, it is the Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie from Urban Cravings.

What’s one beauty ritual you never skip - no matter how busy you are?
TERI: A little bronzer can go a long way

Do you have a signature lip combo? (We need the details!)
TERI: Being a minimal girlie anything glossy!

What’s one item that’s always in your bag?!
TERI: Something for my lips, either chapstick or a gloss.

With our latest gloss launch called “Babes who Brunch”, who would your dream brunch guest be??
TERI: My younger self.  She was so smart and brave but she needed to hear it more often so I would confidently chat with her to reassure everything is going to work out.

Your content has guided so many women toward clarity and confidence. What originally drew you to content creation and mentorship?
TERI: Once i finally felt and owned my own confidence and I wanted everyone to feel that joy in their own skin so mentorship in any capacity is the most natural way in my mind to help others achieve that.  Content creation to me is FUN.  I love having fun and not taking anything too seriously.  So content creation is that for me.

For the woman sitting on an idea she can’t quite bring herself to share - what would you say to her?
TERI:  If she isn't starting for the fear of judgement I would say its better to be cringe in someone elses mind than caged in your own.  But it if not that, I would tell her that you don't want to wake up when you are 65 and say where did my life go, so stop sitting and start doing.
You’ve mentored so many creatives, including me. What does it mean to you to help other women find their voice?
TERI: It's so powerful to find and use your voice.  Trust me as I have been on both sides.  If you feel it bubbling inside you thats for a reason. Let her out. I guarentee you will find joy by doing so and it FEELS SO GOOD.

In your own Sunday rituals - whether quiet or chaotic - what grounds you before a new week begins?
TERI:  I have transformed my Sundays from scaries to comfort.  Planning, cooking, family, rest, joy and asking my kids what was their favourite part of the day/week, is what really truly grounds me.

Looking back at the version of you who was just starting out, what would you want her to know?
TERI: I would want her to know there is nothing more beautiful in life that just being yourself and embracing who you are.  If you have ever envied someone in life, I would bet its because you saw them being comfortable in her own skin and you crave that. So do it sooner than later.

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a long day?
TERI:  Totally depends on the day but watching a sunset or glimpsing at the moon and taking a deep breathe is my ideal way.

Last one - finish this sentence: “To me, soft living means…”
TERI: To me, soft living means appreciate the littlest things right in front of us and being content.
Teri's mission is a reminder that growth isn't about doing more, it's about creating space for what matters, nurturing your energy and celebrating the life you're actively designing. Whether it's through mentorship, her podcast, or her content, she inspires women to plant their own seeds of purpose and watch them bloom.
Be sure to follow Teri on:
Until next time,
