Let's start soft, what's your go-to drink order (coffee, iced latte, matcha)? 

In the morning, it’s an iced cold brew to let the fire kick in.

Late afternoons call for an iced oat matcha latte with a touch of honey, refreshing, grounding, and giving main character energy.

What's one beauty ritual you never skip - no matter how busy you are?

Cleansing and serum, always. No matter how tired I am, I have to wash my face. It’s how I wipe off the day, emotionally and physically.

Do you have a signature lip combo? (We need the details!)

Absolutely! I love a soft-but-bold moment: MAC “Whirl” lip liner, topped with YSL Lip Glow Oil in 3B Rosewood Blush, and a touch of L’Oréal’s Plump Ambition Hyaluron Lip Oil in “650 – Nude Macaron” at the center. Glowy, grown, and effortless.

What's one item that's always in your bag?

My phone, it keeps me grounded in time and reminds me to stay on top of tasks. It’s my little structure tool in a creative world.

With our latest gloss launch called "Babes who Brunch", who would your dream brunch guest be? 

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. She’s confident, powerful yet feminine, and strong,  and doesn’t explain herself. I’d love to soak in that quiet, unwavering energy.

What does your perfect Sunday look like?

Waking up slow. Incense, jazz, and a short meditation. A long walk with my boyfriend. Iced matcha. No pressure, just presence.

Tell us about your business! What inspired you?

I created Perle + Jade as more than a jewelry line. It’s a reflection of my own journey toward self-worth. I wanted to design wearable reminders for women who are still figuring it all out, just like I am. Not perfect, but powerful.

What's been your proudest moment as a founder so far?

The first online sale, someone I’d never met found me and made a purchase. That feeling was unreal.

Another time, a customer overseas messaged me saying the energy of my pieces reminded her daughter of her grandmother.

And posting my first narrator-style reel about my story? That wasn’t just a launch, it was a spiritual release. A moment of owning who I am.

And your most humbling lesson?

That timing is divine. You can pour your soul into something, and it might still take time to bloom. You can’t rush the real thing.

Also, a business doesn’t grow without vision. People don’t just buy a product; they buy a message, a feeling, a symbol they connect to.

What's your favourite way to unwind after a long day?

A hot shower with soft lighting. Body lotion. A glass of red wine. Music that makes me feel something. Then skincare — a sheet mask, silence, and stillness.

What's a piece of advice you'd give to another woman starting out?? 

You don’t need permission to begin. Start soft. Start scared. Just start.

Clarity will always arrive after courage.

And let yourself be as raw as you need to be,  authenticity always stands out more than polish.
